CMS Software Applications are covered by a one year Maintenance Agreement. This agreement covers unlimited telephone technical support and software maintenance releases for a period of one year. After the first year, Maintenance Agreements are available as an option for a small annual fee. Without a current Maintenance Agreement, technical support is available on a per incident basis, and is billed by the minute.

As long as you have a current Maintenance Agreement you are entitled to free updates to your software. These updates are available by Internet Download using a link inside the software. If your Maintenance Agreement expires, the Automatic Update feature will cease to function until the Maintenance Agreement is renewed.
