Stockroom Item Remote (SIR) simplifies the task of entering department requests for items and receipt of items for the supply room. Now each department can make its own entries, but cannot post them. This means that each request for items gets checked by someone in the central stockroom who can approve, modify, or delete each item before posting it.

All the work is done from just two screens. Enter receipts or issues. No more handwritten notes to decipher. This results in less work for the stockroom staff.

All entries that are entered through SIR appear in the Stockroom Inventory Manager program to be downloaded into the “Issues” screen of “Receipt” screen of the Stockroom Inventory Manager just as if they had been entered there. From that point on they are handled the same as issues and receipts which have been entered from the keyboard inside the stockroom.
