7ZIP Utility = Free zip/unzip program. When sending data files to CMS Tech Support for analysis, use this if you do not have Winzip or PKZip available on your machines. Contact CMS Tech Support for instructions on how to send your files without using email. 

US Government users of the Stock Control Program (Used only by US Government State Department offices) OR users of the VWR Versions should get clean index files ONLY from their respective private sites or from authorized CMS reps.
