Some organizations have a need for reports other than the 80+ reports that are included with the standard software package. CMS can build a custom report to your specifications that presents the data in your desired format.
Some also need the internal data formatted and exported in a special file for use in some other internal application or report generator. CMS provides this service also.
Custom reports and custom data exports are quoted on an individual basis and the price is determined by the complexity of the job.
The reports in the standard CMS software are created and printed using a product called R&R Report Writer. You can also obtain your own copy of R&R Report Writer and create your own custom reports. Some have also used the Crystal Reports program to create their own custom reports. Any report writer that can read Visual dBase data files (with MDX style index files) can be used to create custom reports.
CAUTION: Some inexpensive report writer programs modify the data structure of any data they report on. This can make the CMS data files unrecognizable by the CMS software and require a custom data rebuild by CMS technicians. Please check with CMS before using any report writer other than R&R Report Writer or Crystal Reports.
