This can be caused by several conditions, and for this reason, this is sometimes a difficult one to solve. It may be caused by:
Defective CPU or memory
Improper or incorrect file access rights
Insufficient available memory (RAM)
Old version of program running under Win 95b/98
Or other causes.
Recheck System Configuration
Check available DOS memory
Check for STINV= environment variable (type SET at DOS)
Check for Virus contamination
Check file access privilege (NOT Read Only)
Check with CMS for an update to the program.
