Generate a reorder list (in the Stockroom Inventory Manager Program) based on current inventory quantities and reorder points you set.
Automatic or manual vendor selection
Last order information available for each vendor
Generate requisitions from the reorder list. Once approved, requisitions are turned into purchase orders.
Requisitions and purchase orders are easily edited with inventory and vendor help windows.
Requisitions and purchase orders can be printed on a standard form, plain paper, or customized.
INSTANT INFORMATION AT YOUR FINGERTIPS:
Summary and detail reports can be viewed or printed based on user specified selection criteria such as order dates, due dates, vendor or order status. An extensive "linked browse" section allows you to view all the purchase orders and find related information such as all the vendors that carry an item, all the orders for a particular vendor and item, the last order for a vendor, and much more.
SPECIAL FEATURES:
Reorder information based on inventory quantities can be used to automatically generate requisitions.
Receiving purchase order items automatically updates stockroom inventory quantities.
Keep each vendor's part number, description, and price for your inventory items.
Optionally links to Stockroom Inventory Managerprogram
