Take control of maintenance schedules and work orders. The Maintenance / Calibration Option for Asset Tracker provides a method to manage capital assets that require periodic or scheduled service. On-Line, paperless work orders can be created and tracked. Individual items or assemblies can be managed easily. You will always know what you have, when it needs to be serviced, and it's warranty coverage. Service costs asociated with an item - past, present and future, are easily calculated. Remote bar code data collection is supported. Bar code printing is built in.
With just a touch of a key, the status of any given item is instantly known. Because the Maintenance / Calibration Option works in conjunction with Asset Tracker, you have a complete capital asset manager also. If by using this program, even one loss or theft can be prevented, it may pay for itself. If system damage is prevented, it may pay for itself several times.
