CMS Software Tracking Applications are covered by a one year maintenance contract. This contract covers unlimited telephone technical support and software maintenance releases for a period of one year.  After the first year, maintenance contracts are available as an option.  Without a current maintenance contract, telephone technical support is available on a per incident basis, and is billed by the minute.

You may find the answers to many common technical support issues by using the CMS "Knowledge Base" On-line Support System.

CMS Support Request.  Outside of regular support hours, you may wish to fill out the Support Request FormYour request will be handled in the order received during regular business hours.  You may receive an e-mail, fax or return phone call, so be sure to provide all requested information in the form.
